MG Grand Property Management offers various management services for Landlords who own multi-family and single family residential properties.
ABOUT US
We offer a full spectrum of services including: everyday property maintenance, screening and placing Tenants, marketing, accounting, ensuring that Landlords are complying with current legislations, preparing Lease agreements and more. We can customize our services to your needs and offer a la Carte services for shorter time periods.
Our full spectrum contracts are for a minimum of Two (2) Years. We prepare teams for property maintenance based on the location of your property by hiring local service providers. We will also work with or place on or off-site superintendents based on your properties requirements. Our goal is to ensure that your investment is well taken care of, from the Tenants to the Physical property.
OUR STORY
MG Grand Property Management started in 2014 with 6 units. We were able to expand to 200 units in 6 years with a Great team and an appetite for success! From the beginning, our goal has been to assist landlords in bringing out the best income potential for their properties and satisfying our tenants. Now with a larger team, we have been able to increase property value for our investors by turning around old units, keeping tenants renewing their leases and building a professional network of services that help make what we do a success! As a company we will continue to provide the best services possible to all of our clients.
